I wanted to let you know that I found your book to be very helpful throughout my search. It was especially helpful in the beginning when I needed a little bit more inspiration, motivation, and information to seek this career. In my opinion, the best section of the book is the one with questions to prepare for the interview. In most of my interviews, the common theme of questions was "Give me an example when….you encountered resistance, you had to tell a customer ‘No’, you had to make a difficult decision, you had to learn something on your own." The key to success on these questions is to give a SPECIFIC example, explain the problem, and tell how you worked around it and, most importantly, the benefit to you, the customer, or your company. They really like hearing about turning a negative situation into a positive, all of which were covered in your book.
